In this three part video series I will demonstrate how to both draw and render a Amethyst and Diamond trilogy ring to scale in three views.
You will learn the basic fundamentals on how to create a technical ring drawing and be shown how to render the design using gouache and watercolour paints.
This series is perfect for those at an intermediate to advanced skill level.
It is a complex design to draw and the fine details can be challenging to paint. Prior experience to using gouache and watercolour paints is highly recommended for this course.
The course has step by step voiceover and subtitled instructions that you can draw and paint along to.
Materials needed:
-Gemstone templates
-2H lead pencil (standard pencil or mechanical pencil)
