The content of the pages & links of this website is subject to change without notice. Information provided on the JTS website is provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The projects techniques & procedures demonstrated can be harmful if not executed properly. Any use of the information, in jewellery manufacturing, jewellery repair, or otherwise, is undertaken at the viewer’s own risk. JTS nor any of its contributors are not responsible for any injuries, losses, and/or other damages that may result from the use of information on this website.

Safe work practices are the responsibility of the users of the JTS website. Intellectual Property 

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, make available to the public, or otherwise use JTS online content in any way except for your own personal use. Any other use of JTS content requires the prior written permission of JTS management. Permission to copy jewellery designs from this website is granted only to paying users.

JTS users are not permitted to share accounts. Users are responsible for keeping their password and account details confidential. The Thinkific hosing platform monitors and reports account sharing activities and will automatically cancel & report account sharing activities unless authorization has been agreed between the account holder & JTS management.

Payment Terms & Memberships

Purchases of individual courses will have forever access to the purchased course. JTS does not offer refunds for purchased courses if the user then subscribes to a membership.

Monthly or Yearly Memberships includes access to online videos for viewing via the website only and includes access to additional features added during the monthly/yearly membership term. Please check the four levels of access before subscribing. Membership upgrades & downgrades can be arranged by contacting JTS support.

Subscriptions (monthly & yearly) will automatically renew. Members who do not wish to continue must cancel the subscription before the renewal date by accessing the ‘My Account’ link at the page footer. Contact support if you want JTS to cancel for you. No refund will be given if you decide to terminate membership midway through your monthly/yearly subscription. We will continue to bill your payment method until you cancel. Following the cancellation of any membership you will continue to have access to the service through to the end of your membership term.

Where applicable, the members discount coupon code is detailed in your subscription welcome email. The discount cannot be used after cancelation.

If at any time a credit card charge is refused or a payment due is not made by the member, the user account will be suspended until payment is made. Credit card details can be changed through the ‘My Account’ link. Contact support for assistance if required.

Money Back Guarantee Policy 

If the JTS website user is not satisfied with a product due to expectations or quality JTS agrees to issue a full refund if the complaint is lodged within seven days of the purchase of individual lessons or subscription. If the user has purchased a subscription and requests a refund, the return of money policy is null and void if more than three videos have been fully viewed during the seven days access period. 

Your agreement with us is for streaming access only. To view videos and access tutorials you will need an adequate Internet connection. Although every care will be taken to prevent website downtime, Members will not be entitled to credit or a refund for times when JTS is experiencing any downtime or is otherwise unavailable. If you are having access difficulty, resolution information is available via the ‘See How JTS Works’ link at the page footer.

Personal Information  

All personal Information we collect from you to complete transactions and process any of your online purchases are used to communicate back to you, update you on our service and benefits, to provide you with information regarding our products and promotions, to support your use of our services only. You always have the right to choose whether or not to provide information about yourself to JTS. If you choose not to provide such information, you may be restricted on what is accessible on the site and will not be informed of any upcoming events or promotions.

Credit cards and Online Payments 

JTS  is fully compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry) All credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, the most trusted online payment processing company for internet businesses. JTS does not store any Credit/Debit card numbers and cannot access your credit card account. PayPal can only be used for purchases and cannot be used to purchase subscriptions due to the requirement for recurring payments.
