In this course you will learn how to render a white opal and diamond pendant using gouache and watercolour to bring the design to life.
The course has been broken down into a small step by step subtitled and VoiceOver instructions.
This series is great for those at an intermediate to advanced skill level as it will challenge painting skills with layering techniques and watercolour control.
Materials needed:
Winsor and Newton Designers Gouache Paints:
-Permanent White
- Zinc White
-Burnt Umber
-Raw Sienna
-Cadmium Lemon
-Koh - I Noor Watercolour sets (Please watch the free video “materials” in the “introduction to drawing and rendering” free series as they are shown there)
-Winsor and Newton Cotman Round Brushes. Size 0 and 2
-Two water pots
-Tissue/ Paper towel
-Grey Scale Paper (I use Liviano colour card A4 smooth surface 180gsm) You can use any watercolour paper just make sure it is light grey toned and not white. Colours tend to pop off the page with grey toned. Another brand I used is Canson Mi Teintes Pastel paper.
